Abstract: Combining with the micro seismic monitoring data, this paper analyzed seismic signal in the process of the first mining face of Zhu Ji and showed that: 1, The micro seismic events are mainly distributed in the roof and located in front of the working face; 2, The seismic activity is closely related to the mining activities; 3, The influence of the mining stress can spread about 120 m in front of the working face ; 4, There are portents when the rock bursts is about to happen. First, the seismic frequency is at a relatively high value, while the seismic energy is relatively low at the previous day that the rock bursts happened. Second, seismic events have an obvious trend of development behind first mining face, and events after surface increase significantly until the occurrence of the dynamic phenomena.
